This global retail organization hosted a multi-day conference designed to align teams, energize their sales force, and strengthen connections between employees and supplier partners. The event was crafted to deliver a high-impact experience through keynote sessions, breakout programming, and immersive storytelling across two iconic Seattle venues: the Seattle Convention Center and the Hyatt Regency Seattle. The goal was to ensure cohesion across venues while creating fresh, memorable moments that reflected the organization’s forward momentum.

Challenges

Planning and executing a seamless experience across two major downtown Seattle venues requires precise coordination and detailed planning. The Seattle Convention Center and the Hyatt Regency Seattle each presented unique spatial and technical specifications, with the added complexity of overlapping schedules and distinct audience experiences. Maintaining visual consistency, timely transitions, and technical performance across both spaces was critical to the event’s success. Additionally, the client needed a central visual feature to anchor the event’s messaging and content across multiple days.

Solutions

Our team led the production and technical strategy for the full conference, overseeing every detail from concept to execution. A custom-built 70' ultrawide LED video wall served as the showpiece for the mainstage, designed with dynamic graphics packages and multiple stage looks tailored to each session. We developed and managed al AV systems, content playback, and speaker support across both venues, ensuring continuity and precision. With a cross-venue production schedule in place, our team maintained constant communication and rapid deployment between the Seattle Convention Center and Hyatt Regency to deliver a unified, high-impact experience for all attendees.
