The annual Sales Conference and All Employee meeting needs to go virtual. Broadcasting to a Global Audience on multiple stage


This Virtual Awards Show was for a Global Merchandising Company with offices on most continents. We were to create an event that had multiple stages and scenes for a World-Wide Virtual Broadcast. Live Streaming to a website that EXP custom built for this event. All while practicing Covid Compliance and upgraded safety measures. 

Our client also wanted to have the ability to converse with award winners that could not actually be at the broadcast location. 

Hybrid Event Production will forever be a common place now. The beautiful thing about the virtual world is that the technology has become cost effective enough that in most cases we are able to deliver a quality experience for those that are unable to attend an event live .

On this job we were focused on trying to recreate the high energy that this crowd is accustomed to when they gather together.

When I say “High Energy”, it’s like a party bomb blew up at an awards show and everybody started dancing!

In a Virtual Event Production you achieve that by creating a very tight, concise run of show that gets straight to the point and is supported by engaging media assets and graphic content.

Setting a fast pace was a key factor for us as well. We very carefully chose where to place the emotional moments, and give those times a chance to take hold with the viewer.

Ultimately, we produced a moment where the entire company had the opportunity to hear from each award winner live, regardless of their geographical location. Keeping the tradition of honoring those that put their heart and soul into the success of this company.
